JLL has a unique partnership with London & Partners, part of which is to seek out and promote regeneration and development opportunities as defined by the Mayor of London’s Vision 2020 document. Our Head of Development Consulting Katie Kopec is Principal Adviser to London & Partners for development and regeneration and colleague Chris Walters is L&P’s Head of Development.

The team also work with potential investors to understand their requirements and to put forward both ready-to-go opportunities, as well as longer term projects that investors can tap into. We source these opportunities from our close relationships with both public and private sector landowners and also developers and investors that are active in the London market.
